Through strong leadership and clear communication, the manager in conjunction with the senior management team of Principal and Deputy Principal helps create a safe, respectful, and productive environment where every student can succeed.
Working closely with staff, students, and parents, school management ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the school while promoting a positive, inclusive atmosphere.The senior management team with the support of middle management and whole school community support student achievement, and encourage continuous improvement across all areas of school life.
